This movie was created for a short-movie contest (PIP Kino) that will happen on Dec 4th in Lausanne. The theme could be translated to "dysfunction" or "to disturb" ("dérangement" in French).

I've tried to keep some surprise elements in the storyline - with a slight touch of surrealism. I hope that you will enjoy it.

@03:33Beautiful as ever, here's how I see it: waiting, lonely, her imagination provides a friend, the first thing she sees, an umbrella. As weird as it sounds, the interaction between them is great, as we see her having fun, letting time slip by with the umbrella, like the innocence of children playing. When the phone call from the love, finally treads its way, reality and imagination blur, the woman transported into a world of quite bliss and sound of a calm beach.

@03:33My guess is that the magic friendly umbrella gives her the power to free her mind from her troubles, and to erase unwanted elements from reality, hence the effects that you see.
