The fourth chapter of a work on experimental short movies, "embrio" explores the inner impulses and obsessions of a young woman in a cold casual word.

While being sequential and apparently narrative, the movie actually focuses on sensations and feelings and is open to the viewer's interpretation. I hope that you will enjoy it.

Following the comments I've got, it's not about "getting" it: whenever I want to tell a regular story that is obvious, I'll ensure people get it right. So there's absolutely nothing wrong if you don't "get it". I like to occasionally leave the interpretation to the viewer without giving all the keys to the meaning(s) I have in mind. I find it great to think of my spectators as being active rather than passive.

Since the very beginning of my work, I've also experimented with different styles: something cheerful or personal like "Your Secret" or "Overglow", or more darker pieces like this series of experimental shorts. Following my work will hopefully give you diversity and surprise, rather than similar pieces.

embrio - experimental movie by `jmonzani is extremely well put together. You are taken on a journey with a woman, and left to feel your own interpretation of what she is feeling. By the end of the film, no words are spoken, there was no blood or gore, yet somehow the director left you feeling raw. A must see.
