Advanced skin softening

OK, nobody asked for it but I would like to share this technique that I've recently discovered. Of course, I've then noticed that it has been used (and known) from others too Nonetheless, it's good to discover ideas by yourself - and since I didn't came on similar tutorials on the net, let's say it was somehow worth it. Anyway, sorry if you knew it already, I just got excited about it

Skin softening is a common task with digital images. While simple techniques such as Gaussian blur are easy to apply, they give an ugly "doll" look to your model. I would like to present you a technique that is more subtle and produces better realistic skins. It can be easily adjusted to give the right amount of details.
